The Hackney Society encourages exemplary new design, regeneration and conservation of Hackney’s rich heritage and gives a voice to Hackney residents. We do this through our monthly planning and buildings at risk groups, campaigns, events, publications, walks, Spaces (our printed newsletter), and Spacelets (our online newsletter). Our mission is to protect, promote, and celebrate Hackney’s rich architectural and cultural heritage — building community pride and awareness since 1967.
